Morgan and May decide to stay on the couch, and are now close.
"Mommy, be honest. When did you discover your love for diapers?" May asks.
"May, I've never told you that I knew all along that you were wearing diapers, so probably since when you started wearing them in secret. May, I promise you, I didn't get upset when I found out. Only one thing bothered me: why not sooner?" Morgan answers.
"What about when I was 8?" May asks.
"Oh, I get it. You probably felt scared and didn't do it." Morgan answers.
"Mommy, do you like going to my sporting events?" May asks.
"Silly question, of course I do. You are the biggest achievement I'll ever have, regardless of what promotions I've gotten. When you broke your leg at 9, that moment still is with me. Honey, I've never told you this, but when I got home from the hospital after I brought you home after surgery, I balled my eyes out and cried harder than I ever have at ANY moment in my life. I felt like I had gone through it. It hurt me so much, and it just overwhemled me......" Morgan says.
"I remember my first game after that." May says.
"May, I still have the video of that on my tablet." Morgan says, pulling her tablet from her bag. May finds the video and clicks on it. May plays the video and couldn't believe it. This was her first sporting event back since her tibia was broken. May scored 7 goals in that game. It was mesmerizing to them. She only took 7 shots playing right wing, but each one was a goal. She even scored one from just inside the blue line top shelf. Her last one was an empty netter to seal the game they would win 7-5.
"I remember the hug after that game." May says.
"May, I don't think there's anything you can't do. You have so much potential." Morgan says.
"Mommy, I................" May says.
"Yes, honey?" Morgan asks.
"I wanna leave here at a younger age." May answers.
"Why do you say that?" Morgan asks.
"So we can enjoy your diapers together more." May answers.
"You know what? I'd like that. Would be awesome as a Mommy and Daughter that we'd get more time to enjoy our diapers." Morgan says.
"I don't wanna be younger than 5, though." May says.
"We'll cross that bridge when we leave. Now, what should we do next?" Morgan asks.
