"So, Kat, what's it like having six arms?" Melissa asked with curiosity.
"I could ask you the same thing about three eyes," Kat retorted with a laugh.
Cal, still unhappy, quickly grabbed the dice and rolled them in front of him while the other three were still talking to each other. Another low roll, 2 and 3. While no one was looking, Cal changed the roll to two 6s.
"Alright! A few more of these and we'll be done," Cal said, motioning to move his piece as the others looked at the outcome of his roll. The piece seemed to be stuck to the board however, refusing to budge.
Instead, Cal let go as the piece moved on its own five spaces. A card quickly drew itself from the pile.
"Cal, what happened?" Scott said, wondering why Cal couldn't move his piece.
"Uhh..." Cal said quietly, realizing his mistake.
If you think you can cheat, you still have much to learn
For this, you will not get off free
You will copy a change, at the end of next turn
One from each of the other three
Cal sat in stunned silence, and Melissa was the first to speak up. "Seriously, Cal, you tried to cheat at a board game?"
"Look, I was just trying to finish the game. I was doing you all a favor," Cal huffed.
"Well, you better hope we get some good changes, then," Scott said. Cal merely sat with his head in his hands, now dreading the next turn.
