As Mary made her choice, Lissy had a short vision of falling into a dark whirl with sparkling stars, and then it was calm. She rubbed her ankles and wrists, where the tree had gripped her so bad. From the touch she knew that she was still a foxwoman. But her eyes refused to give her some information of her body. The only thing she saw was black with sparklings. The gameboard appeared in front of her, the dice lying on top. Still a bit confused, Lissy straightened her body first, but it felt not the way it used to a few minutes ago. It was unreal in a stragne way, she never felt before.
Lissy looked at the display of the board, and read loud: "You are in the Netherworlds, but can´t see anything but this game. That´s because the Netherworlds are the worlds of spirits, and you are none. You gain three extra rounds. To get out, you have to find the portal of light, a player opened for you. Ok?" The young female shivered because of the frightening sound of her own voice. It was whispery, but loud, despite of that, it was thin. The echo was strong and fast, as in a small stone hall, but on the other hand it seemed to dissappear into the wide nothing. Lissy gulped, as she pressed ok, and the board gave three choices:
1) Call for help
2) Draw three special Netherworld cards and choose two for instant effect.
3) Walk on blind
Lissy´s forst impulse was the choice number one, but she remembered the ugly sound of her voice in this realm. A icy shiver run down her spine. To walk on blind was a curious option. But- what if i can´t see the spirits? Are they able to see me? Perhaps it is a save option? Lissy was a curaged one, in general. But this situation was different than any others she had before. She never felt so disorientated, lonly and lost. And somehow, it didn´t help to tell herself: "It´s just a game, relax Lissy!"
After a dissapeared time of unreality, she finally gave herself a push, and chose:
