The Animal Resort was a specially built island in the Pacific that was built with a variety of different terrains and ecosystems to allow many different kinds of animals to live in it. The resort has unique technology that transforms the visitors into the animal of their choice for as long as they want up to the end of their time there.
What is unusual though is that the resort is fairly cheap to visit compared to other tourist destinations. The resort makes up for this through selling any animals born on the island (and some of the guests) to zoos, farms, or other places.
These are the areas open to the guest to be transformed in:
Down on the Farm: An area modeled after a farm in the United States with basically everything commonly found there. Guests in this area are transformed into farm animals of various types.
In the City: A small town/city area on the island with shops and places for humans to live, this is where people stay when they aren't ready to be transformed. This is also where you can transform into animals that live in the city and domesticated animals like cats or dogs.
Deep Desert: A desert area of the island, people are transformed into animals that can survive in the desert here.
Forest: A forest on the western end of the island that's filled with animals of all kinds that people can be transformed into.
Mountaintop: A tall mountain in the center of the island, it also doubles as a ski and mountain climbing area in addition to being where you can turn into mountain based animals.
The Frozen North: On the north end of the island is an icy part of the island that allows people to turn into more arctic inclined animals.
The Flight Dome: A special area for people to turn into birds.
Welcome to the Jungle: an area where people can come to become animals that live in the jungle.
Mythology: Come here to transform into any creatures from mythology or fantasy.
All people transformed can still speak English or whatever their language is as an animal, but they still have most of the instincts of the animal they have become.
There are rules that have to be followed at the resort:
1. No attacking other transformed people, food will be provided with untransformed animals.
2. If a woman becomes pregnant while transformed, she is required to stay in that form on that island until the child is born.
3. You must return to the entrance of the area in order to be transformed back, you cannot move to other areas already transformed.
4. Trespassers will be transformed into an animal and not allowed to change back.
5. Children born on this island while in animal for cannot be turned into a human. If the parents wish to keep the child, they cannot return to human form.
