Matt slowly became aware of noises and light. He no longer was bound in plastic, nor was he folded up. He was hanging in a dimly lit closet of some sort. Light streamed through a ventilated grill. He could hear voices and the sounds of metal slamming. Recognizing the smell, he realized he was in a gym locker room. He was nervous and excited. Maybe a ninja was going to wear him?
"So you got your costume, Sam?" asked a male voice.
"Yeah, I'm going to wear it au natural," answered another male voice. The sound of metal rattling and then the locker opened. "Tah dah!" he added.
"Shoot, you're going to wear that without underwear? In public?" said this huge hairy man that looked like he could have been a lineman on an NFL team.
"Well, it covers my face and flaunts my other assets," said the first voice before closing the locker.
Matt was relieved that the giant wasn't going to wear him. He was sure he would rip, if he tried. He wondered who the other guy was, and what event was he going to be worn to? All he could do was wait, literally hanging until his new owner decided to put him on.
Hours passed. Finally, the locker rattled again, as someone prepared to open the door and hopefully put Matt on.
