Rachel didn't have to think for very long before she made her decision, and it was an easy one. Ever since she was a little girl she had loved Horses and Unicorns, and had always wished that Unicorns where real. The idea of becoming one excited her, and she knew she had to take this opportunity now that it had presented itself.
"I want to be a unicorn," she says without any further hesitation.
"An excellent choice," the receptionist says, taking out a needle. "You'll have to get undressed for this, we will keep your clothes for when you get back."
"Okay," Rachel says, blushing a little as she strips naked, looking at herself in the mirror. She wasn't much to look at really, most people thought she was more cute than anything else, but she didn't see it really. She held out her arm for the injection, trying not to think about the needle as she was injected with the serum.
"Don't worry, it'll be over before you know it," the receptionist says.
Rachel looked in the mirror and watched as the changes began. Black fur began to grow along her body first, followed by a mane of black fur running down her neck. A silver horn formed out of her forehead, followed by her nose and mouth pushing out to form a snout. Her tail grew out next, and for a moment she looked like a bizarre combination of a unicorn and a human before the changes continued. Her hands and feet fused together to form hooves and her breasts shrank and went to her lower body. She finally fell forward onto her new hooves, and her transformation into a Unicorn was complete.
"Perfect, a beautiful new Unicorn," the receptionist says, and the door opens allowing her to trot out into a forested area of the island. She wanted so badly to just start running, but she wanted to wait for Cynthia.
