As Justin did his homework his mind was spinning. He couldn't believe what he had done. Glancing to either side of him were child versions of his parents, and they had no memory of being his parents, instead they were friends from school. From their backpacks to their attitudes, even their clothes, one wouldn't recognize them as anything else than average normal children unless they knew them like Justin did. He looked over to his mother first. She was actually a pretty girl, with soft brown hair and hazel eyes, a light touch of freckles on her cheeks. She had her hair pulled up into a ponytail, and she was wearing a blouse and culllotes, her feet tucked neatly into little sandals. His father by comparison was a strong looking kid with red hair like Justin's and green eyes. He was dressed in a basketball outfit, the same team that Justin was on.
"That means he's on my team," Justin thought. "But does that mean I dont have parents at all anymore?"
By now they were finished and Sean picked up a basketball from his backpack. "Ok Justin, come on! We've got basketball practice to go to."
"Wait I thought you said..." Justin stopped, That had been his dad, and Sean had no memory. "Uhm nevermind. What about you Mo...I mean, Heather."
She grinned, "Well I was going to play too... its not like girls cant play basketball!"
"No girls on a boys team, Heather." Sean chided.
"Well maybe that's why you boys are so terrible, come on Justin, what do you think?"
