Amy picked up a pair of cat paws designed for anthros. She slipped it on, feeling the tingle as her fingers lengthened and her thumbs grew in. "Thank God it worked!" she said. She tested her retractable claws to make sure they still worked. "These are the perfect cross between paws and hands. Thanks a million, Lina!"
"You can stand up on your hindpaws okay, right?" asked Lina.
"Sure," said Amy, "I think the there's one kind of slipper that works for both anthros and ferals."
Lina glanced at Amy's ears. "Now let's get back to work. I still need to get my ears fixed."
"Come with me," said Amy, "The hair dryer thing's this way." She led Lina to the machine that had changed her hair and ears and inserted a quarter as Lina sat down.
"Squirrel!" Lina shouted as she pulled the lever. The bowl covered her head and began to do its work. Lina flinched as the machine blew her long blonde hair into her face. She shrieked a bit as the clamps grabbed her ears.
"Don't worry," said Amy, "It's all part of the transformation process. It'll be over in a minute."
No sooner had Amy said the words then the bowl lifted. "Woah, Lina!" said Amy, "You look awesome!"
"Really?" asked Lina as she ran to find a mirror. She felt the top of her head as she ran, her heart doing somersaults as she felt the pointed furry flaps protruding form her. She finally found a floor-length mirror and admired herself. Her new ears were covered in the same red fur as her squirrel tail. Her once-blonde hair had also turned a vivacious shade of red and grown several inches longer, now tickling the base of her tail.
"You're right, Amy," Lina marveled, "I DO look awesome!"
"Being a redhead suits you," said Amy. She giggled. She'd never realized how she felt about Lina before, but seeing these beautiful transformations was opening her eyes to the truth: She'd always been in love with Lina. She'd just never known it until today. She blushed as she realized she wanted to pleasure and be pleasured by Lina's gorgeous new body. That was stupid! What if Lina didn't feel the same way? And it was too soon anyway. She settled for wrapping her arm around Lina's waist. Lina didn't pully away. A good sign?
"We're still not even close to done," Lina remarked, "We've only got fur on our tails, ears, and paws. And we haven't even STARTED on our facial transformations!" Amy was still dumbfounded how much and how quickly Lina was getting into this. Not bad for someone who didn't even think the shop's magic was real at first.
"How do you think they give you fur?" asked Amy. She was still worried about hair implant surgery.
"Let's find out!" Lina shouted cheerfully.
