"ATTENTION! ATTENTION STUDENTS AND TEACHERS!" The principal voiced loudly over the intercom.
"I JUST WANT TO REMIND ALL OF YOU THAT TONIGHT IS OUR FIRST PARENT/TEACHER NIGHT OF THE YEAR. I ENCOURAGE ALL STUDENTS TO BRING THEIR PARENTS OR GUARDIANS TO THE SCHOOL TONIGHT. THAT IS ALL." She finished saying as she turned off the intercom.
She then turned toward her calendar and noticed that tonight there would be a harvest moon. The vice principal came into the office to see her looking at the calendar.
"Something wrong ma'am?" She asked.
"Oh, no. It's just I was thinking of something my grandmother told me. She had Native American origins and used to tell me stories of things like how supernatural things would occur during a harvest moon. Of course that's all just silly superstition." The principal chuckled.
"Yes, ma'am. It all does sound rather silly." The vice principal said as she left the room.
"Better prepare for tonight then." The principal said as she got up from her desk.
