Todd believed he had the most embarrassing parents out of all of his classmates and when he was younger, he didn't mind it so much but as a teenager in high school it really got to him.
"So dad, when you talk to people, could you please not tell any of your bad jokes?" Todd asked his dad politely.
"My jokes aren't bad, everyone else just hasn't heard the best jokes before." Todd's father replied.
"And mom, could you maybe talk to some other parents tonight instead of hanging out by the refreshments all night?" Todd asked his mother.
"I can't make any promises." Todd's mother answered.
Todd's father had a look on him that hadn't gone away since the 1980s, while his mother had always been a very quiet and shy person, which resulted in her eating habits giving her a very heavy figure. Unfortunately for Todd the night went as it usually did, his father embarrassed him and his mother kept to herself and didn't talk much, instead just ate what she could find.
Later everyone gathered for refreshments, but something very odd happened to everyone assembled there in the gym. From out of nowhere, the lights began to flicker, then the doors began banging open and shut, and a strong wind came into the room, then a white light blinded everyone in the gym for a moment before their eyes readjusted to their situation. Todd himself looked around to see....
