Something about the fairy reflection seems to call out to you. You slowly hold your hand up, and reach out to the glass; the second your fingers touch it, you feel a strange force pull at them. Your whole forearm was sucked in before you could react. You try pulling it out, but you only succeeded in slowing down its progress. Eventually, your feet trip over the frame of the mirror and you tumble inside. A bright white light blinded and disoriented you; but soon, you felt yourself hit ground.
As you regain your senses, you realize you were now inside the forest you saw in the mirror. Brushing the dust and dirt off your clothes, you see that they are still the same clothes you had before, and you were still a young girl, but human. You come to the conclusion that the mirrors were actually some kind of door or portal. Unfortunately, as you look behind you, and all around, it would appear the door was one-way only.
Now more lost than ever, you decide waiting around isn't going to do you much good, so you decide to search around for any sign of civilization. The forest appears like a maze, every twist and turn as confusing and disorienting as the last, and even the plant life appears to tower over you; and all the while, you get the feeling you're being watched.
For about an hour, you wander, much of the time spent wondering what was up with that fairy reflection.
