"Oooh, look at all those flashing lights! I want to go in there!" Ashlynn whined at Dalton. "Fine, let's go in." He replied. They stepped through the doors and were instantly blinded by the multitude of multicolored lights. Greens, oranges, whites, blacks, purples, blues, and ever other color you could imagine was flowing all through the disco. In the middle of the dance floor, a most pit was going on. Intertwined with thongs of people were dogs, cats, giraffes, hippos, and a menagire of other animals. Every few seconds, the light from the huge disco ball hanging in the middle of the celeing would shoot out rays of lights, tranaforming the dancers as they waltzed.
"C'mon, let's check out the club!" Ashlynn yelled over the thumping beat of the music. As they pushed their way through the crod, Dalton thought he recognized the song, but he couldn't be sure of what it was. It was probably Skrillex or Calvin Harris or some other electronic singer. He let his eyes wander up a nearby staircase, which led up to a dark booth with tinted windows overlooking the dance floor. That was probably where they regulated the lights and music.
Without warning, a huge timber wolf lunged in between Dalton and Ashylnn's grasp on each other's hands. Ashlynn screamed and threw her hands over her head. "Ashlynn!" Dalton yelled, but she was quickly swallowed up by the crowd of dancers. "HERE COMES THE NEXT BATCH!" a hoarse voiceyelled over the music. The disco ball in the center started whirling around, shooting beams of lights everywhere. Dalton lunged through the crowd, calling Ashlynn's name, but he quickly realized the futility of this action. Ashlynn could be anything from the tiger on his right to the crushed plastic cup on the floor to his left. He pondered his next action...
