It began when I made her clothes disappear

Childhood Friend

added by DragoKnight 7 years ago O

I was frozen with fear. I was afraid that if I moved, I’d make a sound and whoever it was would keep knocking. I hoped that the person would just go away after not hearing anything. But after a few seconds, the knocking came again. It was just as loud as the first time.

Bloody hell, I thought to meself. There was no time to change back to Joe. I had to think of something else. As I tried to think of something, a voice called out from the other side of the door. “Joe, it’s me,” said a familiar male voice. “Are you in there?"

Double bloody hell! Of all the people knocking on my (Joe) door, it was his old childhood friend Riley Drake. From Joe memories, he first met Riley back when he was 6 years old, he started at a elementary school which was a rough time for him. Once a bully tried to harass him just for the fun of it; then Riley stepped in, and instead of using force, he relay on his words to convince the bully to leave Joe alone, to which bloody work. It was then on that the two would became friends, no matter how hard or crazy they were. But then again, it was easier said then down.

Few years had pass, from middle to high school, that I (again Joe) began to change from a whimper kid, to a cliché male dude that wanted to show out how macho he was and always lusting over the women of the school. Some would call him a male bimbo, being how he admire his todger, which only made him a bit short-temper around and would end up causing a fight between students. It would then be Riley steps in and tries to make peace with the students. Though he wasn't as muscular then most male students, he had an average kind of body and look, and he was well know in the school by both students and teachers. His dream was to be a lawyer, since his pop was also once a lawyer till he was murdered in cold blood by a escape inmate who wanted revenge against him for putting him in jail.

Now Riley didn't mind help Joe out in any trouble, but it was becoming harder for Riley to stick around with Joe due to Joe own fault of being such a douche and typical man. They really used hang out together, but now Joe would only need him when he was in trouble, then he would messy around with him and even tried to compare himself better than Riley in front of other people. Thing soon change when Joe did a biggest mistake of his life; Riley had a crush on this girl he met few days ago and ask Joe for some advice or help. Joe said that he would check this girl ad report what he learned to Riley, and so Riley waited four days for Joe reports. When his patience was beginning to falter, he decided to visit Joe house to see what taking so long. Riley regretted vising that house, for he look through the windows just outside the house and just witness Joe making out with the girl he ha a crush on.

It was that day Riley had the last strew, his heart broken from the scene and decided by the next day to move out of town, but not before Riley left a parting gift to Joe: a sucker sandwich punch on his face (that got to hurt). Years had pass and Joe haven't seen or heard of Riley for a long time, but yet now Riley was right there on the other side of the door, and why on earth did he even come here for? For now, I should decide on what to do in this situation...
