Jen's big puffy lips formed a smile, as she looked at Barry. Just like Randi, she was naked, showing off her beautiful black female body in all its glory. "What you think ah dat, huh? You like?" she asked him.
Barry did like it. But how was it all possible?
"Yeah, he likes it," Randi said, also smiling.
"How did you do that?" Barry finally asked. "Can you only do it to yourselves? Or can you do it to other people?" He paused, then wondered another thing. "Do you still feel like yourselves? Or does it feel like being someone else?"
"Whoa, slow down, sugah," Randi said. "I's gone answer any question you be givin' me. Jus take a breath and listen, ya hear?"
He nodded.
"Well, first of all, when we change, we feel like whatever we become," Randi explained. "Like, ah knows ah ain't s'posed to be dis black ghetto chick. But it feels like it's totally natural and shit. Like it's normal. Ya feel me?"
"I think so. You're saying that you take on the personality of the type of person you change into, but keep your own memories."
"Ah thinks he got it," Jen said to Randi.
"Okay, but what about how you transform yourself? Can you only do it to yourselves? Or can you change other people too?" Barry asked.
"Ah gots dis," Jen said, then began to explain.
