Adam's family had run a rather successful reindeer farm for a few generations. The reindeer were quite adapt for pulling sleighs across the snow and were even capable of carrying riders on their back, provided the rider in question was light enough of course. This time of year, when snow was thick, Adam was usually pretty busy with keeping the reindeer in good condition for when people wanted to come over for sleigh rides.
Fortunately, Evelyn was quite a lot of help with caring for the reindeer. For instance, she was going to give their best sleigh-puller a well-deserved grooming. The reindeer was very receptive to her attention and definitely like Evelyn scratching it between the antlers. While Adam was going to shovel some snow, Evelyn worked on lathering up the reindeer with the shampoo that they just bought.
An interesting fact is that reindeer are the only cervines in which both sexes have antlers. So the question is what kind of reindeer was Evelyn washing?
