The sounds of the jungle around you eventually lull you into a deep, restful slumber. It is deep and free of dreams. When you jolt awake, hours later, the sun has set and mosquitos are buzzing angrily in your ear. Slapping them away, you rise to your feet and survey your surroundings. You're surrounded on all sides by thick jungle vines, bushes, and plants. The whole forest seems almost steamy, and the air is very humid and hot, even with only your boxers on.
You decide to start walking. You follow the path through the thick underbrush, occasionally tripping over a root or having to jump out of the way of a large snake that is passing by. Looking up, you see the dense jungle trees, leaving you in darkness because the thick foliage blocks out the moonlight. You even see a monkey swing by up ahead every once in a while.
Eventually, the sounds of running water hits your ears. Thirsty from your late-night revels, you run through the underbrush so eagerly you nearly land in a large pond at the base of a waterfall that is just at the edge of the foliage. You stop yourself in time and take in the surroundings. High above you, a waterfall tumbles down some rocks, landing in the pond in front of you. Despite the height of the waterfall, the cascading water isn't very loud. The water in the pond continues off into the river in the distance.
You cup your hands into the water and withdraw a mouthful. You're about to swallow it when a rusting the bushes behind you gets your attention. Turning around, you watch as a pair of two golden eyes appears in the bushes. Soon, a leopard pokes it's head out, it's intelligent eyes staring at you with curiosity. You step back at first, but soon realize that it means you no harm. It steps completely out of the bushes and pads over to you, still staring at you with curiosity.
It warms up to you in a few minutes and begins weaving in between your legs and purring like a house cat. You smile and reach down, scratching it behind the ears. It's tongue lolls out of it's mouth in pleasure and it rolls onto it's back, pawing at the air. It gets up again, however, and begins walking back towards the foliage. It turns to look at you, as if motioning you to follow. Shrugging, you oblige, following the leopard into the jungle.
You two follow a dirt path for a while, the leopard occasionally batting at things with it's paws and growling at some birds. But soon, the trail thins out and the leopard leads you through a final clump of bushes, revealing...
