The all male students of Stonewood Dormitory were confused when the dean had called for a mandatory assembly that morning to be held.
The students were even more confused when no one was there as they took their seats, until the last student had sat down. Then immediately a tween age girl with brown eyes, brown hair done in long pigtails, in a white dress with blue trim came from behind the curtain and walked up to the podium wearing white sneakers with blue lightning bolts. She had a pair of white revolves with a bright yellow star on the side, opposite to its twin around her waist that looked like a child's costume props.
"Hello all you boys here at Stonewood Dormitory! This morning I was your dean! And I still am! However! By government, divine, mythical, and legally sanctioned authority, there will be effective immediately several changes here! Don't worry! None of you will be expelled nor expected to move! However, you have all been legally drafted, effectively immediately, into the Magical Girl Education Training Regiment! As their first convert, I want to assure you that your new sisters want to make this transition as painless and seamless as possible, and to sustain as much as your current personalities and sense of self as possible. But resistance will be considered defiance of authority, and attempts to drop out will be considered desertion. Again, we sincerely want you to keep as much as yourselves as possible. But bad behavior, and unhelpful attitudes will be severely punished. So please accept this new change in your life for your own good."
One student screamed, "You're gonna turn us all into little girls and have us fight monsters?!"
The dean nodded. "Yes, we're going to turn you all into little girls with a life span measured in centuries, with magical powers reflected by your personality. But whether you're assigned to the monster hunting division will be totally based on what skill sets your display. We also have disaster relief, law enforcement, funeral homes, hospitals, the arts, anywhere that the power of love and hope can be used to benefit the world and humanity."
"SCREW THIS NOISE!" One student at the far back row screamed and ran away flaying his arms. The Dean drew her pistol and fired, hitting a perfect shot in the back. The collage student's age was instantly cut in half, his hair turned acrylic red, with two little bangs on either side of her head, and bright red eyes with a ski-jump nose, she fell over, her clothes no longer really fitting as she fell over and tripped over her own pants. Her clothes then changed into plain ordinary sailor suit school uniform. She lay on the ground twitching and moaning. "Uhh, I kinda want Strawberry ice-cream."
"We want to keep this painless and seamless, but be jackasses about it, and it'll be done the hard and fast way," the dean explained.
