Looking at you with desperate eyes is a teenage girl with brown hair. She's wearing the usual riding garb of a black jacket, gray pants, and riding boots. She looks worried.
"I'm sorry to bother you, it's just that I didn't want you to go away without me getting to you." You say nothing, not really sure of what to do. "It's weird, I know, seeing a rider without their horse. Well that's just it. I was riding my horse out in the woods when something spooked it and it bucked me off. It ran off somewhere and now I can't find it. Have...have you seen it?" She asks worriedly.
"Uh...what did it look like?" You ask. "It has dark brown fur and a white line of fur on its forehead. I lost it about twenty minutes ago, so I'd you see it, can you please come find me? I won't be far." She says pleadingly. "Sure...why not." You say, not really having anything better to do. "Oh, thank you. You have no idea how much this helps me." She says. Right as she's about to walk away, she turns back. "Oh... here, take some of these." She says, handing you several strange balls of sticky oats. "If you see it, feed it these. That'll keep it from running away from you." And with that, she walks back into the trees.
An odd encounter, to say the least, but at least you have something to do now. Your eyes scan the path, looking for the missing horse.
