Katie arrived back at the swim shop to see her Aunt Lisa there, still with the girls back to being an adult only now she was a little younger at 35. Katie came over to her aunt and gave her a hug.
"Oh! Well I see you're back. Where's Kellie?" Aunt Lisa asked her niece.
"She's with her parents, she decided she needed some alone time with them for a little bit." Katie said.
"That's very sweet. The girls have been picking out swimsuits, most of them have picked something out, but your friend Samantha seems to be the only one who seems a little too indecisive." Aunt Lisa said as Samantha then came over to the two of them.
"Hey Miss Lisa! Oh, hi Katie, nice to see you back. Miss Lisa, do you think this would look good on me?" Samantha asked holding up a bikini.
"Samantha, I've told you, I think you would look nice in any swimsuit you pick. I just wish you would decide on one already." Aunt Lisa said shaking her head.
"Sorry, it's just so hard, there are so many here, and I thought you would be the expert on which swimwear is the best for walking around and doing sports at the beach and you're my athletic idol and...." Samantha said beginning to ramble on.
"I'm your what?" Aunt Lisa asked confused at Samantha's comment.
"Nothing! I've just got to go to the dressing room a minute for...uh...athlete's foot." Samantha said rushing off to the changing room.
"What's gotten into that girl?" Aunt Lisa asked Katie shaking her head.
"I...think I might know. I'm going to go talk to her." Katie said as she headed over to the changing room.
"Samantha, it's me. Can I come in for a minute and talk?" Katie asked as the changing room door opened and Katie went inside where Samantha was.
"Samantha, what's going on with you?" Katie asked her friend.
"What do you mean? I'm just trying to find a nice swimsuit for myself, is that too much to ask?" Samantha said to Katie.
"My aunt said you've been picking through so many already, exactly why are you doing this?"
Samantha took a deep breath then exhaled before telling Katie.
"Your aunt is sort of my hero and I'm kind of nervous being around her." Samantha explained.
"Is that all? That's nothing to be...."
"And I think I'm kind of crushing on her." Samantha explained further.
"Okay, now that kind of grosses me out a little."
"I'm sorry, but it's just, you know. Her hair, her eyes, the way she's kept her body in such good shape for so long...." Samantha continued.
"Alright, I've heard enough. Listen, it's cute you have a crush on my aunt and all, but you are kind of young for her." Katie reminded her friend.
"Yeah, too bad I'm not a little older." Samantha sighed as Katie left the dressing room.
'I am so not using the ring on my aunt again.' Katie thought to herself. 'But maybe, I could use it on Samantha to make her older, at least for a little while.' Katie thought to herself as she thought about what to do.
