"HELP!!! DANGER!!!"
Harold woke up from a dreamless sleep, jerking around to find the source of the sound. A sound that felt oddly silent. It wasn't until she 'breathed in' that the call for help came back, ringing in her skull.
She looked around the massive room that she was in, noticing that she was bound in a soft, yet firm, strap. The room was empty, which made it all the more massive, with a large glass window on a wall that looked perfectly clear even with it being rather far away. Closer to her was a huge mirror, though it was probably only human sized. She couldn't pick out a lot of the details, but she certainly saw enough to frighten her to her core.
The mirror showed a bee strapped to a table, its wings fluttering in panic. There was nothing to show that the bee was or had ever been human, and at first Harold refused to believe what she saw. She twitched her antennae without realising it. The bee twitched its antennae back.
Yes, Harold was now 100% a bee... in body. Frantic, she railed off her personal information and some math equations, and though a bit blurry due to her just waking up, they were all there. How was this even possible?! She was smaller than a human's eye, and yet she still had the brain of one??
She was interrupted by another sound, though it sounded different than the call for help. She didn't just feel it in her head, but in her whole body. Not that it could be understood; she only heard a loud and low rumble. Twitching her head towards the sound, she saw a towering figure, and in the blink of a compound eye, she heard a slurry of facts. "MALE HUMAN, NOT A THREAT, CURIOUS AND CAUTIOUS, DENTAL FILLINGS IN LEFT MOLAR, BEEN OUTSIDE FOR 16 HOURS, STAYED INSIDE FOR 4..." It was enough to make her apine head spin, and yet even though she could see his mouth move, she couldn't pick out what he was saying... until he sprayed something in the air.
"HELLO, NOT A THREAT, T-H-E-O, CAPTURED BUT NOT IN DANGER, CAN YOU SMELL ME?"
All of this information swarmed Harold's head, fittingly, like a hive of bees. And before she knew it, she felt something seep out of her body...
