Glancing at her watch Maddie could see she had perhaps 20 minutes until the boys were done with dinner. Not wanting to change into street clothes while sweaty she quickly disrobed, grabbing her soap and shampoo. As she headed into the shower she could see a couple other women showering as well.
Turning on the shower the 20 year old quickly began soaping her body, surprised to see how lean and smooth it seemed. Shrugging her shoulders she continued washing her body, unaware she was continueing to grow younger.
After a few moments in the shower an odd feeling began to creep over the now teenage girl. Shyly glancing around Maddie now felt intimidated by the other nude women in the shower. As she glanced at her own body she had an odd feeling, like she was still developing into a woman. “Ugh whats with me,” she thought as she hefted her perky breasts. Glancing over she was amazed at how mature and beautiful some of the women looked. By contrast as she looked at herself she thought she looked to thin while her breasts weren’t big enough. “What is with me all the sudden,” the 18 year old mumbled as she rinsed her hair. Looking down Maddie frowned, she usually groomed her pubic hair to be short however as she looked down something seemed off. It seemed....lighter, perhaps sparser than she was used to. “Must of over done it the other day,” she thought.
Feeling more uncomfortable by the passing moment Maddie quickly finished her shower, turning off the faucet while wrapping a towel around her self. As she did she was hit with an odd feeling, the towel seemed slightly larger than it should be, dismissing the thought she quickly made her way back towards her locker to change.
The 16 year old girl quickly began to change into her street clothes. As she did so she found it odd that her clothes seemed larger on her than usual. Maddie was puzzled by this, not only did the waist seem much looser than before but she found her bra to be much roomier than usual, perhaps a cup size to big at least. Frustrated she glanced at the tag, noticing it was her usual size. “What’s going on with my clothes,” she thought, as she attempted to adjust them. “Ugh I don’t have time for this, the boys should be finishing their dinner any minute.”
Tightening her belt as best she could a now 15 year old Maddie quickly left the gym. As she approached her car she found herself continually having to adjust her clothing. Groaning in frustration she tightened her belt to the max as she jumped into the driver seat. As she sat down she frowned once more, her seat seemed just a bit too far back for her now. At its current position Maddie found herself having to stretch slightly to operate the car. “Now my seats messed up,” she thought. Frowning she moved the seat up, finally finding a comfortable position in which to sit. Quickly turning the key the girl now began to drive back towards the restaurant.
“Wow that was a really good meal,” Samantha sighed. The others nodded as they glanced at one another. The dinner and dessert they had ordered were quite good. As the check arrived Mike quickly reached for it. “Hey I got this Okay,”he stated. As Samantha was about to say somethIn he turned and grinned. “Don’t even think about it Sammy,” he whispered. “I know we’re 14 but I’m pretty sure none of you have enough money to cover this bill. Let me get this, besides trying to look cool in front of the others.”
Samantha suppressed a giggle as she looked at her longtime boyfriend. “Whatever you say Mike,” she whispered. Turning she smiled at the others. “Hey listen,” she started. “Let me and Mike get this, yu were nice enough to let us tag along so we can cover dinner.” The others thanked Samantha and Mike sincerely as they stood to go outside.
“You u know I’m having a really good time so far,” Gloria said happily, as she stood arm and arm with Nate. The other two couples nodded in agreement as they now scanned the parking lot looking for Mrs. Haskins. “Wonder where mom is,” Nate mused. Before anyone could answer they saw Maddie’s car pull in. Smiling the group approached, as they got closer Samantha and Gloria gasped in shock.
A girl of about 14 now sat in the driver seat. Maddie Haskins smiled and waved, adjusting her sleeve as it crept over her hand. “M...Mrs. Haskins,” Gloria stammered.
“Please Gloria you can call me Maddie,” she said in a bubbly tone. “So how was dinner? You six ready to go bowling.”
“Dinner was great mom,” Adam smiled, not seemin to notice his mother was now the same age as him. Gloria and Samantha paused as they looked at one another. Quickly Samantha grabbed Mike, giving him a pleading look. “Mike,” she whispered. “Do you see that?”
“See what,” Mike asked, somewhat confused. “It’s just Nate and Adams mom.”
“But...But...She’s a kid!?!”
Mike gave Samantha and Gloria a confused look befor glancing back at Maddie. “Umm What are you talking about,” he asked. “I mean sure she looks young for her age but she’s not a kid.”
Gloria and Samantha stared wide eyed at one another trying to figure this out. “Gloria it’s our jewelry,” she whispered. “Your necklace and my ring allow us to see what’s happening. Somehow Mrs. Haskins getting younger is being covered up by the magic.”
Gloria looked at the ring, shocked that it could alter people’s perceptions to the point that they would be oblivious to the fact someone was 30 years younger than they should be and still getting younger. “Crap,” she mumbled. “How do we stop it.”
Samantha shrugged. “I don’t know,” she shrugged. “Maybe if I can get Mike to see it too he can give us some incite.” Reaching towards her boyfriend Samantha flicked him in the head with her finger. “Ow,” he cried. “What was that for?” Samantha gestured towards Mrs. Haskins, as Mike turned his jaw dropped as he gazed at the young teen. “What the hell how,” he hissed.
“We don’t know,” Samantha whispered. “I was hoping you could give us some invite. You didn’t see anything wrong with it at first.”
Mike rubbed his chin as he looked at Samantha and Gloria. “It’s weird,” he said. “I mean yeah we can all see she’s younger but it just seems....usual, like it’s no big deal that she’s 14.”
Samantha and Gloria now looked at each other in concern. Hw much younger was Mrs. Haskins going to get? Could they stop it? And how come The there’s seemed to believe that Maddie now being 14 was just normal? Samantha and Gloria now tried to think of something quickly before it ruined the date.
