Ann and Jackie watched intently as Kellie began her spell. As the two watched the grandmother and grandaughter intently they searched for any signs of regression or progression. Soon enough they began to notice a change in Penelope.
The elderly woman stirred slightly as she began to grow younger. Slowly Penelope began to look around feeling a renewed sense of energy. "Your making the grandmother younger," Ann asked. Kellie nodded in response as she continued to concentrate. "So what are you thinking," Jackie said. "You going to make her the mom?"
"Just trust me," Kellie smirked. Ann and Jackie continued to watch, surprised by what they saw.
Penelope appeared 20 years younger now. The woman appeared more refreshed as she now stood up from her beach chair. The teens could see the womans body was begining to strengthen as muscle returned to her body. Penelopes breasts were now beginning to regain some tone as well as they began to lose the sag and flatness of an 80 year old woman. Finally the teens could see Penelopes hair beginning to change as well, her hair appearing healthier as an auburn tint began to return to it.
"Huh guess red hair runs in the family," Ann stated. "Well she is the grandmother," Jackie added. "Although shes looking less gandmotherly by the second, which reminds me just how old are you making her?"
Kellie said nothing, a small smile spreading across her face. Ann and Jackie continued to watch as Penelope became a middle aged woman once more.
The now 45 year old womans body had regained the muscle of her younger days while her hair had become a lively auburn red once more. Penelope stared at her youthful hands in astonishment before running them over her body, which was continueing to firm.
"Um Kel," Ann said worriedly. "She seems to know somethings happening."
"I know," Kellie said. "But dont worry, shes going to be fine, just trust me."
A broad smile spread across Penelopes face as she became 35 once more. The woman now possessed a slim, yet curvy figure with a beautiful unlined face. Tossing aside her sunhat the teens watched as Penelope shook out her auburn locks, which seemed to have become fuller and longer. Smiling the woman approached her astonished granddaughter before swinging her happily in a circle.
"Wow she seems happy," Jackie stated. "And so does the girl."
Krllie and the others could hear the woman and child laugh happily as they smiled and one another. Penelope was now only 30, her one piece bathing suit seeming to stretch under her returned curves. The woman and child now playfully kicked at the waves, Penelope smiling as she admired her toned legs and smooth feet.
"Lets head over there," Kellie said. "I think we should introduce ourselves." Ann and Jackie gaped at her but fell in line. Although unsure of what Kellie was planning they would need to trust her. As they approached they could see Penelope was now a young woman of 25. The hair glowed with youthful energy, while her face beamed with joy.
Penelope couldnt believe what was happening, somehow, someway she was becoming young once more. She had wanted to have the energy to be able to play witb her granddaughter yet found she just couldnt muster the strength. As she grew younger hrr energy returned, now she could play with the girl and enjoy the beach oncr more, much like she had when she was a child. Turning Penelope was surprised to see three teenagers approach her. "Hello," she said happily.
Kellie smiled as she approached the woman. Penelope appeared to be only 22 now. The womans face appeared quite youmg while her CC cup breasts seemed to strain her swimsuit. "Hi," Kellie smiled warmly. "Couldnt help seeing just of happy you seemed."
Penelope giggled girlishly as she looked at the teens. "Just enjoying myself," she said. "I havrnt felt this energetic in years."
"I would say so," Kellie said. "Its amazing what regaining ones youth can do."
Penelope gaped at Kellie as she became a young woman of 20 once more. Her face was now more youthful, while her nody slimmed slightly. Kellie had to admit that Penelope certainly was attractive at this age with fire red hair, soft features, and flawlesd skin.
"Wait," Penelope stated, becoming 19. "How did you know? Are you doing this?"
"The short answer yes," Kellie said. "Lets just say that I know you. I also know that you wish you could spend more time with your granddaughter, give her a friend that she do desperately wants."
"Yes Thats true," Penelope said. "But I'm much too old."
Kellie grinned as she dug into her purse, producing a compact. "Well not any more take a look."
Penelope cautiously opened the mirror, gasping in surprise at what she saw. "Im so young," the 18 year old whispered. "Look at me, im just a girl again." Penelope couldnt help but admire her lithe and youthful form as she twirled around. After a moment she gazed at hrr appearnce once more, a look of confusion spreading across her face.
The girl in the mirror appeared younger now, her face becoming less mature by the second as a smattering of freckles began to appear. Looking over her body Penelope was shocked to see her curves begining to melt away, her hips seemed to narrow as her breasts became smallrr and perkier.
"Wait im still growing younger," the 16 year old whispered, her voice rising in tenor. "Yes Penelope you are," Kellie answered.
Penelopes eyes grew wide as she became a girl of 15 once more. The girls curves were dramatically decreasing now leaving her an athletic if skinny looking teen.
"Look at me," the girl said in alarm. "Im just a child now. I'm, I'm younger than you three now."
"I know Penelope," Kellie said. "And before you answer, yes I know your name. You see I know youve missed your youth and wish for a secind chance. Thats what ive given you."
"But im getting too young," a now 13 year old replied. Penelope gazed at her ill fitting bathing suit, finding her curves rapidly disappearing while her breats continued to shrink. Penelope gasped in surprise as she began to lose height. "Look at me, " the 12 year old whined. "Im just a kid now. Whos going to watch Heather?"
"Well thats where me and my friends come in," Kellie said. "You see I want you to have fun with your granddaughter but like you said your getting too young. Consider us your babysitters for the day."
Penelope stared in awe as she became 10 oncr more. Looking herself over she could see her body had abandoned puberty, returning to the skinny tomboy she had been so many years ago. Glancing in the compact mirror Penelope could see an impishly cute girls face covered in freckles with wild untamed red hair.
"So im going to be Heathrrs age," the girl whispered as she reentered the single digits of her life.
"Yes," Kellie stated. "Your going to be 4 when this is done. Hope that's okay? I know you wished to be able to play with Heather."
"Yes," the 6 year old lisped as she adjusted her ill fitting swimsuit. "I just didnt think I would have to become a baby."
"Four is a very big girl age Penelope," Kellie soothed. "You'll be starting school soon. Now why dont you enjoy the waves with Heather. I kniw youve loved the beach since you were a child."
Penelope nodded as she became a toddler of 4. The girls body was now a lean with a smattering of baby fat around her belly. Penelopes wild red hair rested just past her shoulders while her face was dotted with freckles. Turning she noticed Heather grinning at her. Before she could answer she felt her swimsuit reform around her, becoming a colorful one piece with a rainbow on it.
"Cmon Heath lets go play," she called as she raced through the tiny waves. Heather giggled as she now raced after her reduced grandmother, finding the energetic girl to be quite fast.
Kellie smiled as she watched the two toddlers play. She had given the woman her greatest wish, to run and play with her granddaughter the way she used to run and play when she was a child the first time. "So you have us babysitting," Ann asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Pretty much, " Kellie shrugged. "I wouldnt worry too much though. Penelope may look like a child but sjes maintained her adult memories. I just want her to have a happy memory."
"I understand Kel," Ann smiled. "Even if I hate babysitting."
"You could always join them Ann," Krllie smirked. "Ill think about," Ann laughed as she watched the two toddlers play. Krllie chuckled softly to herself, happy to have helped Penelope and wondering what else the day would bring.
