Shrieking like a teenage girl Maddie ran into her kitchen, hyperventilating as she gripped her kitchen table.
"Okay, okay, okay," she gasped. "Take a Deep breath Maddie. There's got to be reasonable explanation how you went from 45 to 15 in an hour." As she gripped her table she felt her clothes shift on her once more. Looking down at herself Maddie groaned, she was still getting younger. Maddie's breasts seemed smaller while her figure was now waifish. Even Maddies swears seemed longer as noticed them beginning to bunch around her feet.
"Think girl think," she mumbled. "Your smart, you can figure this out. And you better soon. I cant be more than 14 now and it's not stopping."
Maddie now began to try and retrace her steps as she thought over what had happened this evening. She had seen her boys off, gotten changed into comfy clothes, and sat down to watch an old movie. Nothing out of the ordinary had happened, what was she missing. As she pondered what was happening she felt herself shrink again. Looking over her body her eyes went wide as she gazed at her barely pubescent body. "Dang it I'm only 13 now," she groaned.
Maddie bit her lip in frustration as she anxiously looked around the room. The young teen could tell she was getting shorter as her sweats bunched around her bare feet. Grasping the counter in the kitchen Maddie was surprised to see it felt higher up on her body. Trying to calm herself Maddie felt another tingle, watching in stunned silence as the counter seemed to rise, now resting just underneath her small breats.
"I'm 12," she shrieked. "Oh cmon I dont want to be a little girl. I wish this would stop now!"
The ring, which Maddie had forgotten about in her panic, heard the young girls wish and began to glow. Maddie paused as she felt the strange tingling sensation subside. Looking around cautiously Maddie checker herself, astounded by the changes.
"I..I guess it stopped," she whispered. "But look at me. I'm younger than my twins now, I could be their kid sister at this point."
Huffing in annoyance (yet thankful to not be getting any younger) Maddie critically examined herself. She was definitely 12 again, small breasts, barely flared hips, and a childish face framed by l ok ng sandy brown hair brought back a flood of memories to the now sixth grade girl. As she kicked at her too long sweatpants and fidgeted with her overly baggy shirt she sighed.
"Ugh wish these clothes fit," she groaned. "I'm pretty much swimming in them." Maddie gasped as she felt her clothes shift on her once more. The girl watched as her sweatpants became shorter and fitted while her tshirt no longer swamped her. Looking at herself Maddie was astounded to see her clothing now fit her smaller 12 year old body.
"Okay wow," she said. "Was not expecting that." As the girl padded back to the bathroom she stared slack jawed at herself. "Geez I look so young," she whispered. "I mean I do look cute. Why did I never think that when I was 12 the first time." Smiling the girl now tied her sandy brown hair back in a ponytail. As she looked at herself she realized she looked like any other 12 year old kid.
"This is nuts," she whispered. "I mean, am I dreaming? People dont just suddenly turn into kids right?"
Shaking the thoughts from her head, Maddie now returned to the couch, wrapping herself in her blanket. As much as she wanted to finish her movie, she couldn't just stay 12 could she? Looking at the clock she saw that the boys would be out for another few hours at least. Sitting there looking at the clock, impish thoughts now began to creep into her mind. She was the perfect age for a sleepover with girlfriends. Who knows, maybe whatever crazy magic made her 12 would make her friends 12 too. Or if this was just a crazy dream she could just roll with it. Rubbing her chin Maddie now tried to figure out what to do.
