Circe thought, Lilith was an idiot, there was no other way to describe it. Then again, Lilith's attitude had never been one of compromise. She'd built up this mystique about herself as a unbreakable pillar of will... over not wanting to be on the bottom while having sex with Adam. It was something so banal and mundane that countless far grander reasons had been built up around her. Rather like how no one could believe President Kennedy could really be assassinate by one faceless nameless nobody. Meanwhile, Eve's endless curiosity had been passed down to her descendants, a blessing and curse on all human.
"And now like a true idiot, with the matter already settled with Yomi dead and not even any remains for her family preform last rites with... you think EXTRA showing of force is going to DE-escalate things... Well, either that or she understands her show of force is going to provoke them... though Lilith would never think she'd EVER NEED to claim the moral high ground if she wanted something, if she wanted to commit genocide on an entire race she'd just do it. So it's likely she does think her fancy little show of show force will somehow convince the kitsune to back off... instead of convincing them that even if they're NICE to her, she'll still harm them, so there's no reason TO play nice with her... Lilith you are an idiot. And everyone thought I was the one who was going to declare war on everything that moves thinking I'm all powerful and invincible... Lilith you either wanted to start a war, or you're so stupid you think attacking someone who helped you is going to prevent one..." Or there was something Lilith wasn't tell her... which made their alliance worth less than any paper it was written on.
Morgonna's destruction had been a disaster... the loss of Lilith would be even worse if her scheme backfired on her!

"Excuse me. Would you please not call us 'things' please? You're on our legal owned property, and I can sue your ass off for slander, I have a law degree."
The person who had said so was a naked blue cheetah man, standing tall with a no nonsense look on his face.
Karen asked confused, "Uh, who are you?"
"Franklin of Jerry and Franklin At Law." He then produced a business card from, somewhere, and handed it to them. "You're our goddess' honored guests, so while the restorations to the park aren't completed, we'll be happy to give you a tour if you wish..."
Karen asked awkwardly, "And you've been going into work... like that?"
"Sure. Why not?"
The girls remembered they'd seen teenage naked anthro animals going around class who had been the 'school weirdos' and no one had battered an eyelash at them.
"So seriously, please don't use such language around us again."
"Oh... okay sorry, we won't! It was rude of us. And thank you, but we'd rather stay as we are, and not accidentally trigger any 'surprises' your goddess might have left around the park."
"Ah. I understand."
The ladies also realized suddenly they were surrounded by more naked animal people, many wearing hard hat and carrying or using construction equipment (wearing gloves, boots, all things as necessary for protection on the job, but nothing related to modesty). A large buck humming to himself as he laid out a fresh layer of construct. And a doe nearby giving a building a new coat of paint (looking like a splattered art pattern herself and couldn't be happier).

Mika and Kellie had gone a dozen paces when they met with a yellow furred vixen woman with large bouncy breasts.
"Greets, I am Vixi, servant to our goddess, please follow me honored guests." She blowed and followed, her tail swaying behind her. The pair unsure followed. They came to an old fantasy fiberglass castle that had undergone MASSIVE renovations and repairs obviously recently. Vixi led them through a hidden service door that led to the castle's backstage and offices, the CEO office now inhabited by, of course, Circe herself...
Circe hated to admit it, but she regretted she hadn't made this move when Jack was young, she was sure the boy would have loved to have his own personal amusement part Auntie Circe could have provided. Maybe she could arranged with Lilith to go back in time and have him visit the park on some of his birthdays from the past after everything was up and running.
"I'll cut right the case. The kitsune are yoma, they are known for holding grudges and for taking offense easily. I need you to teach my servant Vixi the ins and outs of Japanese culture so she won't start the war I need her to prevent from happening. Sending a human or some other creature is likely to be seen as an insult at worst, or be ignored at best. And so it needs to be her, I need you to whip her into shape before Hikari's parents find out what Lilith did to her and Lilith is given the rude awakening that she isn't the only parent whose wrath can move mountains!
"Circe, seriously, if you really wanted someone to teach the poor dear how to be a proper Japanese lady so she doesn't go insulting ascended kitsune, you could have simply asked me." Baba Yaga had appeared. The two ladies seemed surprised, but not alarmed Circe noted.
"I wanted her taught by someone not suffering from senility."
"I supposed at this point this facade has caused more harm than good," Baba Yaga sighed. And her body shifted to a beautiful Japanese woman. "If Lilith isn't going to keep us informed of her plans, then if we accidentally derail one from our attempts to save her from a seemingly insanely reckless scheme that will leave balance EVEN MORE in favor of the light if she fails... I suppose the time for secrets is over."
Circe rubbed her temples.
"My goddess..."
"WHAT Vixi?"
"... I apologize... I've failed you. All I've done since you uplifted me from a mere human is cause you undue stress when I've only tried to repay you gift. I am sorry for my failing you."
Circe startled, the sad eyes, the wilted ears, the shamed expression...
Baba Yaga said placing a hand on Vixi's shoulder. "No now dear... I'm certain you've been trying your best. If you want to serve Circe to the best of your ability, then I suggest you pay attention, there is a lot to teach you on how to speak, stand, behave, bow, and everything else in a kitsune's court, and we have little time to teach it, before Hikari's parents respond the only way any child's parents will respond to their child being attacked."
