Megan took the package from the den into the nearby office. She took a seat at the desk, carefully opening the package, she knew it was Will's but they were both accustom to each other's curiosities. Taking a few items within the box, she found an interesting looking device that seemed to plug into a computer's USB ports, but it also seemed like an operating system that could run independent from the computer itself.
Shrugging, Megan opened the USB port on her laptop, plugging the emitter in and turning the computer on. She took off her jacket, she wasn't sure how long this was going to take. As the computer came on fully, it prompted an install and run, nodding slightly, she accepted and said yes. After all, if anything happened to the computer she could just call up the company, it was right on the box.
Taking but a few moments, the program was installed and running, on the screen appeared the house and all it's innards. "What the heck is this?" Megan said with a confused look on her face. "A video game?" But it was of the house, not even the slightest detail was left out. Even the officer, there was a lady sitting at the desk. It was similar to the SIMS game, but of much finer quality.
Shaking her head slightly, she opened up the 'Help Me' symbol. She began reading over every part, what this thing was capable of. It explained to every extent that it was capable of practically anything, in the form of transformation. The reality of why the house was reflected in the program. The emitter could be used separate from the computer, but only in basic transformations. To create more complex and elaborate transformations, the computer had to be used, things such as mind control/variation and aware/unaware, were also elements involved in the combination. But that was merely the beginning of what the Chronivac was able to achieve.
Of course, Megan was a skeptic, there had to be a way to prove it, it was outrageous to think that one little device could do so much. That's when she saw Will coming into the house. "Megan, you home?" Will asked as he hung up his coat. "Maybe..." She thought allowed.
