"Well, I still wanna be joined to my brothers!" Zack exclaimed.
"Same!" Mark agreed. "Our dads don't to see us fused when Evan gets here, but that doesn't mean we can't pretend to be conjoined!"
"Right!" added Max. "Shall we?"
"Let's!" Luke smiled as he grabbed one of the Together Sweaters. It was one of the sweaters that had four holes, which meant all four of them could wear it together. Since there were only two sleeves, there was a brief debate over who should be able to use them, and it was decided that Mark and Max would be the middle heads. The twin brothers put their heads in the middle two holes, then held up the left-hand side so that their younger brother Zack could put his head in arm in that side. Luke then joined his friends by putting his head and arm in the right-hand side. They did not fuse together, since their dads Ethan and Scott said they did not want to see the four teens fused together--they would save that for later. From left to right, their heads were Zack, Mark, Max, and Luke. They stood in front of Luke's mirror to see how they looked in the sweater. Zack was a little shorter since the others, which was to be expected: at fifteen, he was three years their junior.
"Still ugly," Zack said, "but in a good way."
"Not to mention that this is a cozy sweater," Mark added.
"Yeah," Max agreed. "Mostly because we're sharing it."
"And I look forward to when we share our bodies again," said Luke. All four were looking forward to that.
A few seconds later, there came a noise from outside. A car was pulling into the driveway: Ethan and Luke's fifteen-year-old cousin Evan were home. Excited and smiling, the four teens shuffled out of Luke's bedroom to the staircase, looking forward to showing off their sweater to Evan and their workaround to Ethan.
