James writes in the notebook “A random person in the mall walks in and pays for the set.” As James anticipated for a man or woman to walk in and give him the ten dollars, James was surprised to see a baby walk into the store and hand him the money. The baby’s parents looked in astonishment as they watched their baby take its first steps, but seemed unfazed by the fact their child was handing a stranger ten dollars.
Once the baby had left with its parents, the store clerk broke the silence between her and James by saying “You should be more specific whenever you write in this notebook, or else you could end up with more situations like that.”
“Yeah, I guess I should.”
“Well, you now have your money to spend,” the clerk said. “And you are lucky we don’t charge any taxes.”
James quickly paid for the notebook and pen and walked away from the store with a simple question.
“Now what do I do next?”
