Since reality rewrote itself so Noah never existed, then Noah couldn't have bought the Journal of Fact it the magic shop. And if nobody bought the Journal, then obviously this one was still back at the shop. So once the Journal of Fact touched the ground of the McCoy's guestroom it started to disappear, progressively returning to the shop.
A month after Noah erased himself from reality, a boy named Colin entered the shop. In most time branch, Colin ended up with a strange power. In those other realities, each time he ask a yes-or-no question, said power rewrite reality so the answer is always yes. But here, instead, he find himself in the magically moving magic shop and, like Noah would have a month sooner, felt a strange compulsion to buy the Journal of Fact.
He went to the counter with the journal and started talking with the old man behind the counter. "I'd like this please."
"Ah, The Journal of Fact. That's a mighty powerful object son, are you prepared for the consequences?" Responded the old man at the register. Colin shrugged and gave the couple buck requested, before exiting.
Once outside Colin pressed himself toward the house of his grand-parents. After all, his family would leave for Denver, Colorado in a hour at most. It wouldn't do for him to be left behind in Portland, Oregon. He doubted his parents, or even his sister, Jane, would abandon him, but better safe than sorry.
