(This is my first time writing a story so sorry if it's short or if it doesn't have the transformation stage)
You suddenly landed on a paged titled "Centipede" and you were a bit confused. You didn't really of them as being big or important, plus they don't have paws so they don't have their print on book like many other arthropods and insects. But you were very curious so decided to check it out anyways. You were fascinated and amazed by the information on the pages of the book, the drawings and the texts were extremely informative. Although the book didn't have the paw print of the animal, it did have a drawing of the whole creature while as the others only shown parts of the animal. You were curious so you put your hand on the drawing. Suddenly, you feel a powerful jolt of electricity shoot through your hand. The shot was so powerful it rendered you unconscious. The transformation had begun and took place when you were still unconscious. When you woke up from your "sleep", you felt much different. The room felt smaller and you also felt a lot taller. You pound a mirror nearby and started to look at the mirror. Your reflection didn't show a human but a giant centipede, several meters in length in fact, you were probably long enough to cover the entire library and longer. You tried to convince yourself that hat you were seeing wasn't real and that you were just seeing things but it didn't work, your reflection still shows the same centipede looking back at you. After this, you decided to leave the library and the city for good because if someone found you, they wouldn't be able to help you.
