Joy looked at Evan, smiling.
“I mean, we don’t have to split quite yet. Just... get somewhere outta the crowd.” Evan nodded, realizing that there was another issue. He could only control his side, and assumed that the same was true for Joy. He looked down, moving slowly to a way to get up.
“We’re going to have to work together to get up.” Joy nodded, following Evan’s lead. Once the pair were set, they slowly stood up, and Joy grabbed hold of a nearby rail.
“I do kinda wish we weren’t over concrete. Plenty of softer places.”
“Yeah. Guess we better try to walk. You wanna step first, or should I?” Joy smiled slightly.
“You can, Suga’.” Evan smiled back, slowly taking a step. Once his side seemed set, his body mate followed suit. It was nerve racking with everyone watching, but after some time, the two managed to hold a slow walk without support. Joy smiled, blushing a little as they finally figured out how to work together walking.
“So.... Your place or mine?” Evan thought for a moment.
“Depends how far we have to walk.” Joy chuckled a little.
“Yeah. Ain’t too far though.” Evan began to think, realizing one downside of being conjoined. You had to agree and decide on absolutely everything.
