At first, Laura once again finds herself creeping down empty streets and hiding behind bushes. The urgency she felt even just back in the daycare is fading though. Sure, she dropped a lot of years so quickly at the start and that had left her rightfully panicked, but it was rushing that caused her last bit of shrinking. Besides the dice are safely secured now so there's nothing to worry about.
Her steps slowly became less cautious and less pointed towards her destination. She soon discovers how fun it is to twirl in her dress as she walks. The worry that embracing her inner, and now outer, child is gone. After all, she knows she's really a grownup and is going to get her age back soon enough, so why not enjoy her brief revisit to her childhood?
Soon something catches her eye, a park with a massive children's area. There's a massive playscape with swings, slides, tunnels, bridges, and all other sorts of things. Laura doesn't really put much thought into her decision to stop.
The whole area is pretty well fenced in so she doesn't feel like there's much risk of getting spotted anyway. She stows the backpack behind some bushes and makes her way over to a swing. Sitting down, she feels the padding of her training pants cushion her butt, and brushes aside any feelings of embarrassment that would have caused her earlier easily.
Pumping her legs as hard as she can, the swing propels her a distance into the air that would have been negligible in her normal body, but now makes her feel as if she's flying high above the ground. Once she's had her fill of the swing she jumps off. Still giddy, she runs over to explore other areas of the playscape.
