"Eight years you have walked this Earth, now this number is but two, each roll of the dice shall restore more of what you have lost."
Laura feels herself shrink right out of her clothes as she struggles to regain her footing. By the time the officers arrive their suspect had vanished and they could only see a toddler thrashing around in the ball pit. They move on searching for their purse thief.
Once Laura rights herself, she finds her mission of evading the police done. However taking stock of her pudgy new body, she wonders if juvie might have been preferable. The whole world seems massive to her new perspective including all the children that moments ago might have been smaller than her.
She has to find those dice quick before they accidentally roll again. She begins shifting through the ball pit looking for them, but her search comes to an abrupt end when she finds herself lifted off her feet by a teenage employee. The boy frowns at her and yells over his shoulder.
"Emily we have another missing diaper in the ball pit. Take the kid I'll close down the pit."
A teenage girl walks up and takes hold of Laura.
"Michael, don't make such a scene. I'm sure this little girl didn't try to be naughty on purpose. Did you?"
Laura stares down and prays for this embarrassment to end.
"See you scared the poor thing. Come on Miss Emmy is going to get you sorted."
The boy rolls his eyes, and starts pulling a gate down to block off the pit.
"Whatever. You enjoy playing with the little stinker. While I shift through the balls for a poopy diaper."
Laura wants to say something to stop him from potentially messing with the dice, but before her mind has time to catch up with reality Emily carries her away. She's brought to a group of mother's with babies and toddlers.
"Hi, we found this one in the ball pit. Is she any of yours?"
"No, I don't recognize that little cutie, but I'd be happy to give her one of my son's diapers. Wouldn't do to have her pee on you now would it?"
The woman all laugh and Laura decides she needs to explain herself now before she has to endure any more of this treatment.
"Me no baby"
The woman return to laughter after that comment. Meanwhile, Laura is stunned to realize her verbal skills matched her body. Too stunned to resist as Emily powders and diapers her.
"There you go little lady. Now do you know your name?"
"Lorwa," great she can't even say her own name right.
"Ok Laura, you wait with these nice ladies while I find your family."
After being set and the ground while Emily walks off, Laura tries to formulate a plan. She needs to give these woman the slip, get the dice back, and get some sort of wardrobe upgrade.
