Curious about what would happen, Bill replaced “months” with “seconds”. Immediately, Roger began to grunt in pain.
“Are we at the hospital yet?” Roger shouted.
“Uh, no, we’re, uh-” Bill stammered, suddenly realizing what a terrible idea it was to make that particular change. Roger stripped off his pants and laid on his back on the seat. “What are you-”
“This baby’s coming right now!” Roger screamed. “I can’t wait until the hospital!”
“But-”
“You’ve gotta catch it for me, Bill!”
“O-okay!” Promptly, the baby shot out of Roger and into Bill’s arms. Roger continued to lay on his back for a bit, panting. Bill looked down at the baby in his arms.
“Well?” Roger asked.
“It’s a boy,” Bill replied.
“Good.” Roger stayed down, still panting. Bill grabbed his phone and generated another sentence, desperate to get out of the situation.
The new sentence read “Bill holds Roger’s newborn son.”
