A love spell could easily handle that, a female that keeps bullying you but has a beautiful body? Turn her into a mindless slave, the possibilities are endless! And as a failsafe, the user is unable to cast spells on themselves, as a way to prevent enslaving you to yourself, but spells will still work on you if one were to cast a spell on you, other than yourself
