Jennifer makes quick work instilling order on Jenny's new lifestyle over the next week. After getting her citizenship paperwork sorted, Jennifer promptly signed Jenny up for a elementary school program designed for child performers. So, now Jenny spends half of every day in 1st grade before heading to set.
Despite her initial horror, Jenny has to admit getting to spend time with "peers" is actually nice. The past few weeks of dealing only with "older" people meant she had to get used to a constant level of being talked down to. At least the other 1st graders her like an equal. She's even made a few friends.
Meanwhile on set, she's starting to earn the nickname of "Hannah's shadow". Part of it is because the older girl is nice to her and seems interested in spending time with her. More importantly anytime she can get Hannah to "babysit" her for the night, Jenny gets away from that horrible robot.
Jenny's not sure how insulted she should be that the robot with her face was programmed to be such an overbearing taskmaster. "Lights out at 7pm. Do your homework and script reading before playing with your toys. Eat all your vegetables or no dessert. If you're done with it it gets put away immediately. Blah blah blah!" Like the world will end if she doesn't fill out a addition sheet in a timely manner.
Hannah still makes her do the "important" stuff of course, but at least she will let Jenny have the tv on while she works. All in all, Jenny decides everything is not the worst it could be. Her irritating doppelganger is at least preferable to fostercare and it hasn't suggested ending her career since the first big fight. Though with the week coming to an end, Jenny is ready to get the tablet back and reestablish herself as the head of her house.
