Worried that she’ll be trampled or knocked over if she spends too much time with the kids larger than her, Jess looks around for children that are her current age. She spots a small cluster of toddlers gathered around a pile of building blocks. Jess toddles over to her new peers and sits down. A little boy next to her hands her a sticky block. She joins in the building project.
As she builds with the blocks, Jess stakes out her playmates. Her heart sinks. None of the children, despite being toddlers, have diaper bulges under their clothes except for her. They’re probably wearing training pants, given their ages, but she’s the only one who was dressed in a manner that tells the world she can’t control when she goes number two.
Well, she’s actually an adult, so she doesn’t really need the diaper. It was just part of her outfit. If Jess needs to use the bathroom, she’ll know in plenty of time to get there.
Like Jess hoped, being around children her current size prevents her from being singled out by someone much bigger. She loses track of time while she’s playing. Eventually, an adult approaches the group of toddlers and picks Jess up. Jess cranes her neck to see who interrupted her playtime.
