As the family turned onto their street, they saw their mansion on the right, but another mansion on the left, having replaced a number of other houses.
Kevin pulled the SUV into the circular driveway of their house, and the family got out to see that another group, of a man and several women, had just gotten out of a limousine across the street.
A man -- young, muscular, and handsome much like Kevin was now -- waved and motioned the family over.
"Obviously you were at the Jason Henderson show last night," said the man.
"I was, with the girls," said Kevin, nodding toward his two daughters and his concubine, "and my wife Jennifer got changed by a wish. So did, um, the house. I'm Kevin Jones, by the way."
"Bob Gillis," said the man, shaking Kevin's hand. "And my wife Gracie" -- he indicated the redhead to his immediate left -- "twin concubines Ella and Bella" -- they were both brunettes -- "and my ex-wife Cumdump" -- she was a platinum blonde with a vacant expression on her face. "But I guess you could read their names, right?"
"Ha ha, yeah," said Kevin. "Um, so, both your current wife and your ex. Doesn't that cause problems?"
"Jason was worried about the same thing when we talked --"
Candi interrupted excitedly. "You've talked to Jason?"
"That's right, honey," said Bob. "I was Jason's business manager. But he doesn't really need one anymore now that he can do absolutely anything he wants. So I said I might as well retire, and it might as well be right here in this town. He said he'd already given mansions to a few of last night's concertgoers, so I told him to just set me up across the street from one of them, so I'd have someone to talk to. He said he'd put me by the family that inspired his signature tramp stamps, as well as the concubines."
"Oh, God," said Jennifer.
"Mom, you mean, 'oh, Jason,'" pointed out Annie.
Jennifer ignored that and spoke to Bob. "I'm still not sure about all of this. I guess you know Jason -- so is this how things are going to be from now on?"
Bob shrugged. "Probably. He's been able to have pretty much anything he's wanted for years, including basically any girl he wants, so it makes sense he'd just expand on that with his new powers. Do things on a whim if they amuse him, or arouse him, something like that."
Annie's phone beeped, and she read a text message. "Mommy!" she said excitedly. "There's a party going on at school! This says pretty much everyone's there."
"Any teachers?" Jennifer asked.
"There'd have to be somebody if they opened the building up on a holiday," Annie pointed out. "She said they're going to send a message to all the students, too."
Just then, Candi's phone beeped, and Annie's phone beeped again...
