To say that Leah was more than ready for this was perhaps the understatement of the month. Her thoughts had been consumed with returning to toddlerhood.
"Oh my. Someone's definitely ready to go." Tina remarked, looking over her daughter. Dressed in the daycare uniform, they had even gone through the trouble of cutting Leah's hair in a style that would make her look even more like a toddler. How often they'll need to redo it throughout the week remained to be seen.
"Yep!" Leah announced, trying her best to sound as juvenile and toddlerish as possible. She wasn't entirely certain if she was successful on that front. The only person she had to try it on was her stepmother - a person keen on shooting it down at every opportunity. Maybe out in the daycare could she truly see if it was up to snuff.
Heading out of the house, the pair made their way across the street. Approaching the daycare, Leah could already feel the butterflies bouncing about her chest. But having come this far, she pushed them out into her diaper. Not that Tina noticed. No, the mother was intent on bringing her daughter over to the daycare.
"Have a nice day, dear." she announced and let go of Leah's hand. Heading back across, Tina watched Leah head right through and hopefully sign herself in.
