Laura had been bullying Megan pretty much since they met for the first time and since finding out about the latter’s sexual orientation that was pretty much the main target of her attacks. But if this app really worked, she could give the cheerleader a taste of her own medicine. Not yet noticed by the couple making out, Megan quickly changed ‘boyfriend’ to 'girlfriend’ and hit enter.
“This teenager is currently passionately kissing her girlfriend.”
From one moment to the next the football star Steve was replaced by a girl and Laura continued making out with her as if nothing happened. Megan had never seen this new girl before, but she pretty much looked like how she would imagine a female version of Steve to look like. She was also very well-built herself. It wouldn't surprise Megan if this girl was also playing football.
More importantly, the app actually worked. She changed a sentence and changed reality with it. That was incredible! She couldn't help but stare at the lesbian couple she apparently just created, unable to get out anything but “Wow”. Unfortunately Laura finally noticed their unwanted guest. With wide eyes she pushed the other girl off and turned to her favorite bullying victim.
“M-M-Megan?! W-What are you doing here?!” the cheerleader sputtered, her face beet-red. “I-It's not what it looks like! Me and Steph j-just happened to meet here.”
The other girl put a comforting hand on Laura’s shoulder. “Don't bother, babe. Cat’s outta the bag. I’ve been tired of keeping this a secret anyway and I’m sure some people are already suspecting we’re more than just best friends. Heck, you shouldn't be ashamed to date Stephanie, the school's star football player.”
Megan’s brain was running a million miles a minute and still she had trouble forming coherent thoughts. Apparently she not only turned Laura into a lesbian, but also Steve into a girl. And quite a good-looking one at that. If she didn't already have Chloe she might– No, bad Megan! Anyways, reality also seemed to have adjusted so everything still made sense in a way.
Meanwhile Steph’s words had calmed down Laura and when she turned back to Megan again, it was with an expression she never had expected to see on the cheerleader, utter vulnerability. “Look, I know I’ve been a complete shit to you and, as you may have realized, an utter hypocrite, but I hope– No, I beg you to be the bigger woman and please keep what you just saw a secret from everyone else. If possible, I’d at least like to come out on my own terms. I promise I’ll stop with the bullying if you do so.”
It took Megan a moment to realize what it was that she was feeling as she still stood there speechless. For the first time in her life she was in control of a situation. For the first time she had something over the girl who had made her life miserable for so long. It felt really good, she could get used to this. The urge to just pay Laura back double for everything she had done was strong. But even stronger was Megan’s curiosity regarding the app and what more it could do. Pretending to still be thinking (which admittedly she did) she used the app to create another sentence.
“Cheerleader Laura is afraid her secret relationship with Footballer Stephanie is revealed.”
