You didn't need to be a human spirit to figure out that if the two vampyres suddenly burst into the hotel room and saw the gold chain moving about the room all by itself they would think something fishy was going on
even if vampyres can't see a human soul.
So with awakening draconic instints Clare didn't even know she had acquired Clare strode to the hotel door
gold chain clinging to her left arm and wrist
seized the door knob with her right hand and openned it
much to her surprise since up to this point she thought
she was all misty insubstantial spirit stuff.
However there was no time to think on the matter and the invisible ghost rushed down the hallway got to the elevator and soon was on the ground floor.
Somewheres in her mind Clare was thinking that the dragon tf storoes she'd seen on the internet had got it wrong.
It didn't look like she was about to burst into flame and grow in size as she sprouted claws scales and fangs.
Since Clare DID feel nude she was
happy to avoid that experience.So she dashed out the elevator and headed out the
main entrance of the hotel.
She had managed to stride 3 blocks away when the 13 kobbolds popped out from a side alley
and kneeled in admiration before the spirit
chanting "Oh great and strong is the form of SHE"
and "Lady Charne Save Us"
It slowly dawned on Clare she now was a big bleeping flamebreather in the eyes of the kobbold groupies
who apparently did want her to
burst into flame,grow in size and sprout fangs,claws and talons.
