Day of relaxation and unwinding and coming to terms with not being "real"... or as Victoria was saying "The most Real V-streamers". Yuka and Julie were doing a stream each plus a collab while Victoria and you were on break. Management allowed you and Victoria to test out the Beach location they had been making. It was probably a little too hot, the sand felt a little too much like razor blades, and while you could swim decently in real life the water physics were just a joke.
"Was this seriously supposed to help with my existential dread?" You asked Victoria while on a lounge chair.
Victoria herself who was slightly cooking in her own suit of armor said "...I thought it'd be fun... some way to show you the advantages of being virtual... Managers! Don't you have any special skins for either of us? Also turn down the temperature and maybe just disable the sand texturing?"
A voice of god from above said "Turning down the temperature..." the scorching heat got turned down to a room temperature, "turning off sand texturing and physics..." you decided to test it and put your bare undead feet onto the ground which just kinda felt... like flat rock... well not rock necessarily, but just flat "Now for the skins, Victoria you ready?"
Victoria said "A knight is always ready! That said, Yes please just get this armor off me so I can enjoy a beach environment better." A few button presses and Victoria's heavy armor was replaced with a black bikini which really showed off her muscles and assets
The voice of god then said "Now for Quill. We actually got three skins for you. The first was a swimsuit skin for your base model, a living quill, and then a male undead quill that one of our modelers made in their spare time. Which would you like to test out?"
You asked "Out of curiosity, does the male stuff work?"
"Haven't tested it yet, but the guy who was working on it said it should work... Was doing some stuff in case we needed to make a division for men."
"...So... a choice between feeling male or feeling alive..."
Victoria said "Or you could have a cute swimsuit!"
You said "Shouldn't you be trying to figure out how to swim in that liquid that's supposed to be water or something?" Victoria just laughed as you thought about which form you wanted to inhabit first...
