When Dan got to his first period class, all he could think about was Lilly‘s dresses. Instead of taking notes, he was sketching different detailed dress designs on vague female figures. Dan remembered that it was her dresses that she wore that made him so attracted to her in the first place.
“Dan! Pay attention!” The teacher demanded.
“Oh, right… sorry. I was just… putting down creative ideas that popped up in my head. I’ll pay attention now.” Dan said, embarrassed.
Kyle, who was the only person in Dan’s friend group snickered to himself… “heh, no wonder he gets along with Lilly so well. He’s just like Lilly, just as obsessed with dresses as she is. In fact, his head is so red right now, it kind of looks like the color of Lilly’s dress today.”
When the bell rang, Dan thought he saw Kat outside the door.
“Why can’t she just leave me alone?” Dan asked Kyle.
“I don’t know. Maybe she wants to see your sketches of those dresses?” Kyle responded.
“You saw those?”
“They looked good. The dresses were really detailed. You seem to be a little too obsessed with dresses though, maybe draw those outside of class. Not judging or anything, it’s just that the sketches are kind of distracting,” Kyle admitted.
“Too obsessed…” Dan muttered to himself.
