Codename: The Black Stallion
Description: A black Arabian stallion with glowing red eyes.
Known Abilities: A powerful reality bender, he is able to transform any humanoid into a horse through a slow corrupting mutation process, the transformations are both physical and mental. The area of his effect increases whenever he transforms a victim.
Containment: At this moment there is no known way to contain 005. The G.E.T. has discovered that the only effective way to keep his influence from spreading is to keep anyone from entering the area of his effect, however its unpredictable if will increase if anyone makes it past the perimeter.
Other: 005 was originally discovered when a family was reported missing on a farm outside of St. Louis Missouri that belonged to the McCarren family. When the G.E.T. sent a team to investigate, they determined that it was under the effect of a powerful entity who could bend reality to his will. They sent research teams in using special equipment that they believed would protect them and managed to gain access to several journals both modern and dating back to around the 1800s.
Research into these journals by the G.E.T. uncovered that 005 was a powerful entity in some ways comparable to a god or similar entity. What was determined is that he hated humanity, but the reasons were not found. They found that 005 had until this point been bound by powerful magic which trapped him in a spectral form, keeping him from enacting his power on the world. It was discovered that the daughter of the McCarren family had been seduced by 005 and willingly allowed herself to become a mare, giving birth to the entity's new physical form and unleashing him upon the world once more.
The true power and nature of 005 was not uncovered until the individuals in the research team started seeing 005 and had to be quarantined. After further testing, it was determined that 005 could appear before any individual that had entered the effective range of his power. After some calculations, they set up the quarantine peremeter around the farm in order to keep anyone out. However several individuals have managed to sneak across it, and it appears that 005 is able to communicate somehow with the outside world.
