It appeared on my doorstep one morning... A book. The hardbound leather cover was ragged, but the pages inside seemed to be in pristine condition. It piqued my interest and I picked it up, wondering if someone had dropped it or left it behind. I opened the first page to see a page with writing on it. The words read, "Write your name in the space below and the power of this tome shall be yours. Whatever you write within its pages shall manifest itself in reality."
Now I'm a skeptical person by nature. I generally don't believe in this sort of stuff, but I'm also curious. If it works, I would totally want to use it. I took the book to my bedroom and flipped to some of the later pages. Text was written on the pages in a script that I couldn't understand. But there was no name on the first page. "Interesting..." I thought to myself as I grabbed a pen from my bedside table.
