Kim was in the kitchen whipping a hot snack for her husband - knowing that he would need some pre-dinner snack from working overtime - before she discovered the Lilith fruit. Now with him at the doorsteps, she'll have to make do with something quick and simple.
"Act normal." Kim mentally pumps herself when her sensitive ears pick up the sound of keys rattling against the door, over the racket of plastic rattling and microwave humming.
The following creaks and squeaks of the door are painfully apparent to her, being able to hear and smell so much more information from the world is an eye-opener for Kim - image painted from scents and hearing alone she can picture his tired figure shuffling across the wooden flooring, eyes radiating with joy and love when they fall upon her backside as he steps into the kitchen.
Kim hums merrily as she settled the platter on the counter, pretending she haven't notice his approach as he slowly stretches his hands out towards her.
A pair of large and firm arms shoot out from the sides of Kim's waist and wrap themselves gently on her furry tummy - rubbing skin against fur, the unexpected alien sensation prompting her to squeak in both mock and genuine surprise at the act.
Briefly, Kim assumes that her husband might have noticed the fur and distinctive lack of clothes she's sporting under the illusion, but he doesn't seem to notice - Not even when her giant tail 'brushes' pass his face, or how he 'smoothes' out the creases on her 'clothes'.
So her illusion affects more than just a person's perception, that's good.
"Notice anything different?" Kim asks smugly, turning to him with a mischievous look.
!!! 危 !!!
He siezes up at the infamous inquiry, slowly raises his head and studies her intently. "Uuuh..." He hums and stalls, eyes darting all over her body for any clues before his lips shots towards hers with a "Gotcha!"
Kim rolls her eyes in exasperation at the change of subject and kisses (awkwardly) back, her tail wagging furiously behind her...
That's when movement catches the attention of her husband, his focus lines up with the kitchen window. He does a double take at the sight.
"What is it?" Kim turns around, and freezes up at the sight of a familiar anthro vixen in the reflection of the window - her tail waving around like a demented fan...
Oh, that's her.
The vixen's tail stops wagging
Her illusion has indeed disguised herself perfectly, and only herself. Her reflections... Not so much.
Whoops.
