Chronivac Version 4.0

Lonely life of a cow

added A year ago A TG

Tom the Cow wondered into his own backyard, which would be his new home for a few days. He was curious what animals his family would become, but soon his mind went to the idea of eating. He lowered his massive head and began to munch on the grass.

Tom had no idea how long he had been eating, when the sounds of barking dogs drew his attention back to his house. He could hear the sounds of barking and whining coming through the open back door of his house. Tom assumed it was his family, and that they turned themselves into dogs. He assumed he would soon see three dogs come running from the house into the backyard, but after a few minutes, no one showed up. Tom then heard the sound of barking coming from the front of his house, he couldn't see past his privacy fence, but he assumed his family was out front now, they must've left the front door open for some reason. Tom also assumed that the excessive barking was his family talking to each other, but as a cow, he couldn't understand what they were saying.

Then he heard the dogs barks start to get fainter and fainter as the animals moved down the street.

'Are they going to spend the weekend on the streets? Like strays?' Tom thought to himself. But before Tom could think more about what his family was up to, he found himself munching on grass again. 'This cow mind really only cares about one thing doesn't it?'

Tom continued grazing for what felt like hours. The sun was starting to set by this time. Tom's human mind was so lonely. He was stuck in his backyard, eating grass, alone. As time went by, Tom couldn't ignore the feeling of heaviness developing in his udder. Tom was producing loads of milk that was filling his udder and starting to feel uncomfortable. He tried shifting his stance, but soon realized that his only hope to release this uncomfortable feeling, was to be milked. His family had completely forgotten, that as a dairy cow, he would need to be milked.

'This is starting to hurt!' Tom moo'd loudly. 'What am I supposed to be?!' Tom turned his head to look at his massively swollen udder. His teats were dripping slightly, but not enough to provide any relief.

That's when Tom heard the sound of the fence gate opening. "Hey there girl..." Came a slightly familiar voice. Tom turned his head to see his neighbor, Eric, coming over to him.
