After the class has ended, and the students start to leave, Jeff waits until all students have left, he then walks up to Mr. Huff, “um... s-sir,” he says, “c-can we talk?”
Mr. Huff looks up at Jeff with a frown on his face, “Mr. Davis,” he says, “if it's about your phone, then no. You know the rules and consequences, you'll get your phone back when you return with a parent or guardian.”
“Pl-please, sir,” Jeff says, uneasiness and light panic in his voice, “I... I really need my phone back.”
Mr. Huff looks at Jeff, “give me one good reason for me to return your phone to you.”
Jeff hesitates, 'should I tell him,' he asks himself, 'what if he decides to use it... on me?'
“Well, I'm waiting,” Mr. Huff says.
“Th-the reason is, sir,” Jeff says, “I... I would rather not... ha-have anyone have my phone. It... it could end b-bad.”
Mr. Huff raises an eyebrow and tilts his head, “explain,” he says.
Jeff looks around the empty class room nervously and starts to fidget, seeming to really be worried about something, Mr. Huff concludes. “Sir,” Jeff says, “ha-have you heard of a program called “the Chronivac”?”
Mr. Huff shakes his head, “can't say I have,” he says, “what has that have to do with your phone?”
Jeff becomes even more nervous, unsure if it's the right choice to tell this scary teacher about the program and it's power. “The Chronivac is a program which is able to transform people, object and animals into various things,” the teen says, deciding it would be best to be truthful.
The teacher frowns, “oh really,” he asks, “like what?”
“Um...,” Jeff says, “like... it... it can change your gender, turn you into an animal, make you younger and even turn you into a vehicle or toy.”
Mr. Huff looks at Jeff in disbelieve, “so, you are telling me,” he says, in his gruff voice, “that this program as the power to change a person that severely?”
“Ye-yes, sir,” Jeff says.
Mr. Huff is silent for a while, 'Jeff is such a bad liar,' he thinks to himself, 'he looks so sincere and worried. But it can't be possible, if such a program really would exist, it would be extremely dangerous in the wrong hands.' He looks at Jeff, “tell me, Mr. Davis,” he then says, “how come is it, that I never heard of such a program? Can anyone get it, or is it limited to only a handful of random people?”
“Um...,” Jeff says, now really worried, “anyone can get it, sir,” he says, “as for your first question: it just came out a few days ago, but the program has the ability to alter the reality, making everyone, except the user, unaware of any changes.”
Mr. Huff again raises an eyebrow, “it sounds like a dangerous program,” he says, “if everything you say is true, then a mischievous kid like yourself shouldn't be using it.”
Jeff panics, “pl-please, sir,” he says, “I... I swear I didn't plan on using... it with evil intend.”
“Then WHAT exactly were you planning,” Mr. Huff asks.
“I... I just wanted to make... the lesson... a l-little more... um... interesting.”
“Oh, really,” Mr. Huff asks, “like what?”
“Um...,” Jeff says, rubbing the back of his neck nervously, “I... I was thinking to use it either on y-you... or a student... I even thought of using it on the python.”
Mr. Huff scowls, “really,” he asks, “and what exactly did you want to change?”
“Um...,” Jeff says, “if... if I chose you, I would have gi-given you a Wolf's tail.”
Mr. Huff raises an eyebrow, he then snorts, “why a Wolf's tail?”
“Be-because... your n-name is “Huff” and you like to sneak up on people... l-like a Wolf would do with a prey.”
Mr. Huff thinks about what Jeff is saying, he can't help but smirk, “hehe... not a bad idea,” he says, “come to think of it... A Wolf's tail would defiantly suit me. What would you have done to the Python or a student?”
“Um...,” Jeff says, “I... I would have caused the Python to be able to speak.”
Again Mr. Huff tries to picture the effect, he then chuckles, “that would be actually pretty entertaining, but also freaky.”
“As... as for a student,” Jeff continues, “I... I would have chosen a bully or mean kid and turn him or her into a pig or something else which would suit his or hers personality.”
Mr. Huff can't help but grin, “I must admit,” he says, “those are not bad ideas, but I am still not buying this BS.”
Jeff panics, “please, sir,” he says, “y-you have to believe me! I... I can't risk having my ph-phone land in the w-wrong hands, please! I am begging you, sir!”
Mr. Huff thinks for a while, he looks at Jeff closely and can see the fear in the teenager's eyes. He opens his mouth to reply, just then the bell to the next class rings, Mr. Huff looks at Jeff, “I tell you what,” he says, “I'll be keeping your phone. Meet me behind the school's building after school. I want to learn more about the program and you'd need to convince me that what you are saying is true. If you are able to satisfy me, you'll get your phone back... if not... well, the phone stays with me. Now, get to your next class!”
Jeff is about to argue, but seeing the look on Mr. Huff's face tells him to better do as told. Defeated, Jeff nods, he grabs his stuff and hurries to his next class, leaving the teacher alone... with his phone and the information he shared with him.
Once Jeff has left, Mr. Huff takes out the boy's phone and turns it on, his eyes widen when he sees the file with his name on the screen. Mr. Huff opens his file and his jaw drops when he sees that the program knows everything about him, from his name, to his age, his home address, his family... all the way to his darkest secrets. Remembering what Jeff had told him, Mr. Huff starts to imagine what he could do, if this thing really should work. He could use it on himself, make himself younger, bring back his childhood! He could become a actual Wolf or at least a Anthro-Wolf! OR he could use it on Jeff or some other students... or even on some of his colleagues! Or should he wait until after school when he would meet up with Jeff and have some fun THEN?! Mr. Huff leans back in his chair, Jeff's phone on his desk, deep in thought of what to do.
