You set the flashlight back to pink again, at slightly brighter than normal, and you flash it at Gene's feet. Magically his feet start to shrink, and his shoes turn into high heels. You take a few steps back so that the beam covers a larger area and manage to get the entire lower half of his body.
"What's that?" he asks. "Looks like a flashlight. Strange--it's pink. I've never seen one like that."
"Uhh, yeah," you say. Gene's showing shapely legs and wearing a skirt, stockings, and high heels. His hips are every bit a woman's, and while you can't see, you feel certain there's no male bulge in that skirt. He's a very attractive woman--at least half of him is. The top part of his body is still very male. "Maybe I should take the flashlight back. By the way, do you notice anything different?"
"No, the light looks just like it did a second ago." Success! His voice sounds just like before, and he didn't even realize he had been transformed. Then Gene eyes you. "Heh," he says as he notice you looking at his lower half. "Do you think I have nice legs?"
"Well, sure you do!" you reply.
