“The shoe store is mainly for farmers.”
“Okay.... let’s make it more appropriate for a mall...” he muttered as he typed. He deleted the word "farmers" and replaced it with "women" but was unaware of what was about to happen. As he leant forwards, he stepped into the store, meaning that he was about to change as well, thought without his knowledge.
"And confirm." He chuckled.
However, strangely, the app didn't seem to work this time. Jenna was confused, why hadn't it worked?
The Smithton Sole's store was still identical to how she had changed it before. It was still a rather pink looking store with shelves lined with shoes of all kind aimed towards women. There were high heels, flip flops, and everything in between.
The dual owners were still the same. There was the older black woman with long dreads dressed in a nice dress, and her younger worker girl with the afro dressed in the store's uniform behind the counter.
Nearby, the three teenaged girls browsing for shoes. They were all brunette's, though one seemed to have dyed her hair that way, and all of them were attractive.
"Yvette, what do you think about these?" The youngest looking of the group asked the girl who looked like the queen bee.
"Whatever you think Brittany." She laughed. "So, anyway, Mark then asks me if these are natural." She told her other friend, gesturing to her breasts. "And I'm like, you so did not ask me that. And-"
What was going on? Why hadn't the app worked? Jenna was sure that she had changed something... wait, what did she change? "Okay, I remember wanting to make it fit the mall more... but, wait, it does fit the mall, so what did I..." She mumbled to herself.
"Are you alright m'am?" The older black woman asked her, startling Jenna.
"O-oh, yes I'm sorry!" She laughed. "Just got, lost in my own mind."
"Alright hon, well, let me know if you need anything. Oh, come in come in!" She then greeted as an Asian man was dragged into the store with his very excited tween daughter.
Jenna realized she would need to test the app again, just to make sure it worked. She stood off to the side in the store, and loaded a new sentence onto the app once again.
"This establishment sells shoes mainly to women."
"Okay, let's try this..." Jenna murmured as she changed __________ to ___________.
