The teenagers finally arrive at their destination after a six hour drive, their destination is deep in the Amazon Jungle. After driving down a sandy path, Greg steers off the track and into the brush, until they reach a clearing, Greg stops and shuts off the “car”. “This is the perfect spot for our camp,” he says, turning off the radio and removing the keys from the ignition.
Jeff tries to turn the radio back on, but he realizes that somehow he no longer has control over his system, 'what the hell,' he thinks to himself, 'how am I suppose to talk with Greg now?'
The boys get out of the car and look around, “this is perfect,” Max says, “we are out of sight and surrounded by trees. This feels so relaxing,” the others agree.
“Okay, boys,” Greg says, rubbing his hands together, “let's unpack and get set up, then we'll collect some wood for a fire and just have a relaxing evening.”
It doesn't take long for the boys to pitch their tents and unload the “Jeep”, they split up to collect some wood and stones to build the camp fire. As the light gets less, the boys sit around the fire, Jeff, without power is already fast asleep, so he has no idea what the boys are talking about.
“So, Greg,” Max says, “what have you planned to do with your Jeep? Are you planning to continue to upgrade her?”
Greg looks over at his “Jeep”, “yeah, I still want those lightning bolt details and maybe some upgrades to the system and some bigger rims to take me even further into the wild.”
“Sounds good,” the others say, “we'll make her into the perfect off road vehicle!”
Greg smiles, “I can't wait,” he says, Greg seems to think more of Jeff as his Jeep and less as his brother. The teen looks at his “car” with a grin, 'it is so nice of Jeff to have volunteered to become my car. This Chronivac is really amazing,' he thinks to himself, then an idea hits him, he looks at his friends, 'I don't think it'll harm to tell them about the App. It could be fun.'
“What is it, Greg,” Max asks, noticing Greg's thoughtful expression.
“Oh... I was just thinking,” he says, “we could play a fun game I think all of us would enjoy.”
“Oh? Tell us,” they all say.
Greg then tells his friends about the Chronivac, not telling them that the Jeep is actually his brother Jeff, he keeps that a secret.
When Greg finishes, his friends look confused and amazed, “if that thing really can do all of that,” Eric says, “the thought of becoming a anthropomorphic jungle creature feels kinda exciting! I always liked big cats!”
The others nod, “I like monkeys,” Tyler says.
“And I like birds,” Dean replies.
“I am more of a canine guy,” Max says, “are there any canine species related to jungles?”
Greg nods, “yeah,” he says, “there is the short-eard dog, the bush dog and the maned wolf, there could be other canine species around here, but those are the three I know of,” he says.
“Cool,” Max exclaims, he takes out his phone and googles, “I kinda prefer the maned wolf, its fur looks so soft and fluffy... and it kinda looks like a cute animal.”
The others chuckle, “what about you, Greg,” Dean asks, “what type of jungle critter would you be?”
Greg thinks for a while, “I kinda like snakes,” he says.
“An anthropomorphic snake,” the others ask, then they chuckle, “that'll be weird, a snake having hands and legs. I bet it would look more like a lizard or dragon than a snake,” Max says.
Greg thinks about it, “true,” he says, “but to be honest: I am fond of any reptile, so I'll be fine in becoming a lizard of sorts.”
The others nod, the excitement is almost noticeable, “man, the thought of having a tail,” Max, Tyler and Eric say, “sounds amazing!”
Dean nods, “yeah, and the thought about being able to fly,” he says, “it would be a dream come true!”
Greg beams, “then I suggest we all agree: let's become anthropomorphic animals of the jungle! I bet we can have some fun in our new bodies, what do you guys say?”
